Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 box stuffing mix

1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

¾ cup chicken broth
Instructions

Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.

Place chicken at the bottom.

Mix soup and broth, pour over chicken.

Sprinkle stuffing mix on top—do not stir.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3.5–4 hours.

Shred chicken before serving and stir gently if desired.
