1 pack of Amylu chicken meatballs
1 tbsp olive oil (if pan frying)
½ cup marinara or dipping sauce (optional)
Instructions
Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place meatballs on a baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through.Air Fryer Method:
Preheat to 380°F. Add meatballs in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes if thawed, or 14–16 minutes if frozen. Shake basket halfway.Skillet Method:
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned.Optional:
Toss cooked meatballs in sauce and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Meatballs are fully cooked—reheating only is required.
Do not thaw at room temperature.
Always ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
