Easy to make, these gourmet-quality, refreshing, and energizing beverages are crafted right from the comfort of your kitchen, allowing full control over ingredients and saving money.

Ingredients

Scale

1-2 tablespoons Lotus Energy Concentrate
1-2 tablespoons Flavor Syrups
12-14 ounces Sparkling Water or Soda Water
generous amount Ice
Optional Fresh fruit slices
Optional Fresh mint leaves
Optional Edible flowers
Optional Whipped cream
Optional splash Creamer (e.g., coconut cream, half & half)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your chosen Lotus Energy Concentrate, desired flavor syrups, sparkling water, ice, and any garnishes, along with a tall glass and a spoon or stirring stick. Ensure all liquid ingredients are well-chilled
  2. Fill your chosen glass completely with ice to ensure your drink stays cold and refreshing
  3. Pour your chosen flavor syrups directly over the ice. Start with 1-2 tablespoons (0.5-1 oz) of syrup, adjusting for desired sweetness and intensity. For layered effects, add syrups one by one
  4. Carefully pour 1-2 tablespoons (0.5-1 oz) of the Lotus Energy Concentrate over the ice and syrups. For distinct layers, gently pour it along the side of the glass
  5. Slowly fill the rest of the glass with chilled sparkling water or soda water. Pour gently to help maintain any distinct layers
  6. Give your drink a gentle stir with your spoon or stirring stick to combine flavors. Taste and adjust if needed. Add your chosen garnishes like fresh fruit slices or a mint sprig. Serve immediately and enjoy

Notes

Always start with well-chilled ingredients: your lotus concentrate, syrups, and especially your sparkling water, for a longer-lasting, potent flavor.

For visually appealing, multi-colored drinks, pour denser liquids first (syrups), then the lotus concentrate, and finally, gently top with sparkling water over the back of a spoon.

Syrups vary in sweetness; start with a smaller amount (e.g., 0.5 oz) and taste before adding more to achieve your perfect balance.

An assembled lotus drink with sparkling water is best enjoyed immediately as carbonation dissipates and ice melts over time. If stored, expect a less fizzy, slightly diluted experience.

For a caffeine-free option, omit the lotus concentrate entirely or use a caffeine-free syrup base, focusing on fruit flavors and sparkling water.
