Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dry rub (homemade or store-bought)
Optional DIY Dry Rub:
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp thyme or oregano
Instructions
Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Toss wings with oil in a bowl.
Add dry rub and coat evenly.
Let rest for 15–30 minutes (or refrigerate overnight).
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange wings in a single layer and cook for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Optionally toss with extra rub and serve hot.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the basket—air circulation is key.
Resting after seasoning enhances flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Reheat at 375°F for 5–6 minutes in the air fryer for crispiness.
