Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup cinnamon sugar (3 tbsp cinnamon + ½ cup sugar for topping)
Optional Add-ins:
½ cup cream cheese mixture (optional swirl)
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Caramel drizzle for finishing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13” baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until fully incorporated.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden and center is set.
Cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
For thicker bars, use an 8×8” pan and increase bake time by 5–10 minutes.
Add cream cheese filling or caramel drizzle for extra indulgence.
Cool completely before storing to prevent sogginess.
Store covered at room temperature for 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
