This crock pot cranberry turkey tenderloin recipe is juicy, sweet, and packed with flavor. Perfect for holiday dinners or cozy weeknight meals, it’s easy to prepare with simple ingredients and minimal cleanup!
Ingredients
2 turkey tenderloins (2–3 lbs total)
1 can (14 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season turkey tenderloins with garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken broth to the bottom of the crock pot.
Place turkey tenderloins on top.
In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce with balsamic vinegar or mustard.
Pour cranberry mixture over the turkey.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove, rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with sauce from the crock pot.
Notes
For more flavor, sear the turkey in a skillet before adding to the crock pot.
Add orange zest or apple slices for a fruity twist.
Can substitute with boneless skinless turkey breast if needed.
