Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks (skin-on)
4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Mix butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the mixture all over the drumsticks.
Place chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Broil for 3 minutes for crispy skin (optional).
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Use an oven-safe meat thermometer to ensure internal temp hits 165°F.
