Description

Juicy grilled turkey tenderloins topped with vibrant mango salsa—this lean, flavorful summer recipe is perfect for clean eating and grilling season.


Ingredients

  • 2 turkey tenderloins

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced (2 cups)

  • ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion, minced

  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tbsp lime juice (for salsa)

  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  • Clean and trim turkey tenderloins.

  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate turkey for 2–4 hours.

  • Prepare mango salsa by mixing mango, red bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Chill until ready.

  • Preheat grill to 400°F. Clean and oil grates.

  • Grill turkey over direct heat for 5–6 minutes per side. Move to indirect heat until internal temp reaches 165°F.

 

  • Let rest 5 minutes. Slice and serve with chilled mango salsa.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for best texture and sweetness.

  • Salsa can be made 1 day ahead and stored in the fridge.

 

  • Turkey can be sliced into medallions before grilling for quicker cooking.
