Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ¼ tsp ground ginger
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or monk fruit sweetener
Instructions
Warm your water until just lukewarm (do not boil).
In a glass or jar, combine lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and pink salt.
Stir well until fully blended.
Add optional sweetener if desired.
Drink immediately on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
