Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup warm water
Optional: pinch cayenne pepper or 1 drop liquid stevia
Instructions
Add the lemon juice, cinnamon, and ACV to a cup of warm water.
Stir thoroughly until the cinnamon is fully mixed.
Drink slowly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
For best results, use daily for at least 7 days.
Notes
Use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
Always dilute apple cider vinegar—never drink it straight.
Avoid using powdered cinnamon with lumps; Ceylon cinnamon is best.
Rinse your mouth with water afterward to avoid enamel erosion.
