  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ cup raw honey

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prep the salmon: Pat the fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • Make the glaze: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant (about 1 minute).

  • Add honey and lemon juice, stir and let the glaze simmer for 1–2 minutes until it thickens slightly.

  • Cook the salmon: Place salmon fillets skin-side down into the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, basting with the sauce as it cooks.

 

  • Finish and serve: Spoon more glaze over the top, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
