Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets (thinly sliced or pounded flat)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (or ghee)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Pat chicken breast fillets dry with paper towels.

  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.

  • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Place chicken fillets in the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes per side.

  • Add lemon juice during the last minute of cooking.

 

  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
