Ingredients
2 chicken breast fillets (thinly sliced or pounded flat)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (or ghee)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Pat chicken breast fillets dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Place chicken fillets in the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes per side.
Add lemon juice during the last minute of cooking.
Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F for doneness.
Serve with cauliflower mash, roasted veggies, or avocado salad for a complete keto meal.
