8 oz filtered water (warm or room temperature)
Optional: 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
Instructions
Pour 8 oz of filtered water into a glass.
Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Add lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar if desired.
Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Start with half the salt dose if you’re new to salt water detox.
Always use authentic Himalayan pink salt—not table salt.
Drink daily for 14–21 days for visible results.
