½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
¼ cup chicken broth

Rub olive oil over the entire surface, then coat evenly with the seasonings.
Place broth and optional aromatics in the bottom of the crock pot.
Lay the seasoned tenderloin on top of the liquid and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving. Spoon juices over the top for extra flavor.
Notes
For added depth of flavor, sear the tenderloin in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side before placing in the crock pot.
Always use a meat thermometer to ensure safe cooking temperature.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
