Ingredients

  • 1.52 lbs turkey tenderloin

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

  • ¼ cup chicken broth

  • Optional: lemon slices, fresh garlic cloves, chopped onion, carrots, celery


Instructions

  • Pat turkey tenderloin dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or silver skin.

  • Rub olive oil over the entire surface, then coat evenly with the seasonings.

  • Place broth and optional aromatics in the bottom of the crock pot.

  • Lay the seasoned tenderloin on top of the liquid and vegetables.
