A vibrant and refreshing white lotus energy drink made with natural ingredients that boost energy without the sugar crash.

1-2 tablespoons White lotus flower extract
2 cups Green tea (brewed and cooled)
2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
1 cup Sparkling water
Ice cubes As needed
Lemon slices and mint for garnish To taste

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 cups of green tea and let it cool completely
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, white lotus flower extract, honey or agave syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well until the sweetener completely dissolves
  3. Add the fresh mint leaves to the mixture and allow it to infuse for about 5-10 minutes
  4. Strain the drink to remove mint leaves if desired
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over. Top with sparkling water
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and additional mint leaves
