A velvety, professional-grade keto ice cream that uses Keto Chow powder as a base to provide a complete profile of vitamins and minerals in a decadent frozen treat.

1 scoop Keto Chow Powder
0.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1.5 cups Cold Water or Nut Milk
1 pinch Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and a large mixing bowl or a blender
  2. Pour the heavy whipping cream and your choice of liquid (water or nut milk) into the container
  3. Add one full scoop of your chosen Keto Chow powder flavor
  4. Whisk or blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and free of clumps
  5. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the minerals to dissolve and flavors to develop
  6. If using a Ninja Creami, pour into the pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours; if using a traditional ice cream maker, pour into the pre-frozen drum and churn for 15-20 minutes
  7. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container to reach a firmer scoop consistency if desired

Notes

Taste your base before freezing; if it isn't sweet enough, add a drop of liquid monk fruit or stevia as cold dulls flavor.

If using a Ninja Creami and the texture is crumbly, use the 're-spin' feature with a splash of almond milk.

To prevent freezer burn, store with a piece of parchment paper pressed directly against the surface of the ice cream.

Let the container sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow for easier scooping.
